4 Podcasts I’m Obsessed With RN.

So if any of you read that last post on swapping music for podcasts I have some new and improved ones you can listen to. Instead of boring you and typing out the obvious reason’s podcasts are so great for you, I’m just going to get right to it and show you the top 4 podcast channels I’ve been listening to almost everyday for the past 3-4 weeks, those of which made me get WAY out of my comfort zone and finally share this blog.

  1. Oprah’s Super Soul Conversations

If you’re looking for a podcast that will give you actual chills and make you re-think the entire meaning of life..this is it. If there’s one thing we all know, it’s that Oprah knows her shit. She is one of the most reputable, successful people in the world and continues to blow me away with how insightful and next level her conversations are. I will warn you, take it slow. Some of these episodes may confuse the hell out of you and leave you feeling like you just took a bong rip, but if you take the time and effort to really understand where she’s coming from it truly will change the way you see yourself and others in the best way possible.

Fave Episode:  A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life’s Purpose

2. The Brendon Show

You are about to listen to one of the world’s most successful high performance coaches. Featured on Oprah, Success Magazine & Wall Street Journal, you could say he knows a thing or two about self development. After stumbling across his “transformation week” segment, which was actually the last push I needed to put myself out there and stop giving a shit about what everyone else thinks. Listening to Brendon made me feel like I had my own personal life coach without paying the big bucks. It genuinely felt like he was in the room with me (in a non-creepy way) holding me accountable for everything I said I was going to do. *If it’s still available GO listen to the transformation week segment it is life changing*

Fave Episode: The Courage to Let Go (Season 5, Episode 32)

3. The Mind Your Business Podcast

Focused more on entrepreneurs/businesses – James Wedmore is like that little voice over your shoulder screaming at you to do the right thing, when you know it’s right even though you really don’t want to do it. With tons of special guests on his show as prime examples of how the power of mindset can change everything. James really proves that you don’t need to work your ass off 20 hours a day, 7 days a week to get what you want. It’s all about mindset, baby.

Fave Episode: Episode 226, Master Your Vibration

4. Goop

If you’ve been living under a rock, Goop is the amazing lifestyle company founded by Gwyneth Paltrow – remember country strong? Good ol’ Gwen created this website/empire after realizing she has access to the best of the best – and that we should do. When it comes to nutrition, lifestyle and overall wellness she is the go to girl. Her website revolves around being clean. Clean beauty, clean eating, clean life. Yes, a few things are ridiculously over priced for someone whose still paying off student debt like me and you, but the info is there which can def lead you in the right direction. Her podcast includes chatting with CEO’s, spiritual healers and major industry disruptors, who wouldn’t want that?

Did I mention I love Oprah.

  1. After I originally commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I recieve 4 emails with the exact same comment. There has to be a means you can remove me from that service? Many thanks!
