As cliché as it is, we all know by now beauty comes from within. There is a reason all cliché’s have been around for like, ever. BUT that’s not what I came here to chat about. I’m talking about that one tip that will have your skin being forever grateful + no matter where you go..it’s free? (Except a concert)

I genuinely do not understand why we all hate drinking water SO much. We ALL know how great it is for us – we have literally been brought into this world, from the moment we learned how to comprehend our parents, that water is the magical liquid that we need to survive on planet earth. Our bodies are made up of over 60% water, it used to be the only thing our ancestors drank for millions of years, so why do we sit and complain about our headaches, skin, constant illness and no energy – meanwhile we drink 1-2 glasses a day and that’s only if were hungover.
For those of you who complain about the “lack of taste” I bet if you did your research on the benefits of drinking it you would realize the pros outweigh the cons x 10000. I personally love starting off the day with hot water and lemon, steep that for 3-5 minutes and the results sound like something off one of those crazy infomercials you always catch your self watching for just a tad too long…let’s start off with the fact lemons are so aesthetically pleasing…like just a big bowl of lemons on a table brightens up the room, not to mention make your water way more insta worthy. The real kicker here is what it does for the insides, think of it as a detoxifier, that not only helps with your digestive system, liver and metabolic rate but also helps with dark spots in skin.
So I know i just wrote a whole post on water but whatever. Go on amazon to find a cheap bottle or buy one of those over priced pretty swell ones and drink up.
